Who we are

Morgan Executive Search LLC (“Morgan Executive Search,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a retained executive-search firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. We specialise in placing go-to-market leaders (e.g., CROs, CMOs, VPs of Sales) in SaaS companies, IT-services firms and private-equity portfolio companies.

1. Information we collect through LinkedIn ads

When you interact with our Sponsored Content or complete a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, LinkedIn pre-populates and sends us the information you choose to submit, which may include:

Name, job title and employer
Work email and/or phone number
Location (city, state)
LinkedIn profile URL
Custom fields you voluntarily provide (e.g., areas of hiring interest)

We also receive aggregate campaign metrics (impressions, clicks, cost) that do not identify you individually.

2. How we use your information

We process this data to:

Respond to your request for case studies, white papers or meeting scheduling
Contact you about our retained search services, events or insights we believe are relevant to your role
Analyse ad performance and improve future campaigns
Maintain suppression lists to honour opt-out requests

Legal basis (GDPR): your consent (when you click Submit) and our legitimate interest in business-to-business marketing.

Notice at collection (CCPA/CPRA): We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

3. How we share your information

We share your data only with:

Service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email delivery platforms) under written agreements that restrict further use;
Government authorities if required by law;
A successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition.

We never sell contact data to third parties.

4. International transfers

Your data may be stored in the United States. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

5. Retention

Lead-gen contacts are retained for up to 24 months from last meaningful interaction, or earlier if you withdraw consent. Aggregate, non-identifiable analytics may be kept longer.
